WILL TRUSTEE DEUTSCHE BANK STEP IN AND FORCE OCWEN TO STOP THE CARNAGE?

OCWEN took such a hostile, surprise attack on my home loan in good standing, bank owned it after accepting $5000 HAMP incentive applied to principal for never being late on loan payments and $76,700 KEEP YOUR HOME CALIFORNIA funds, such a hostile act that the public has trouble understanding it. People ask me if I'm SURE I didn't miss a payment....they don't want to believe a bank would do this.

The shock of having our home bank owned without warning caused me to be bedridden with sudden vision difficulties for several hours, which was horrifying because I am the care-provider for a very ill autistic young man. When stricken by shock submitted the details to the CFPB verbally via phone while bedridden and unable to sit up and see well enough to submit the information on line about how LONG Ocwen is taking to make the repairs they promised to make.

Rather than accept that the way OCWEN demolished my credit with Equifax was the reason it was difficult to restore, OCWEN simply blamed Equifax like they had previously blamed TransUnion.

It is OCWEN'S fault that this has to be repaired in a certain way...due to the unusual way OCWEN removed and blocked the trade line from Equifax, within the context of a simple Equifax Dispute dated, March 17, 2016 which simply asked if they could show I had always paid my home loan on time since July 1, 2010. OCWEN'S actions were so extreme that a criminal investigation might find it fits the profile of an act of rage.

Ocwen's response was vicious and impossible for Equifax to make sense of because they had no way of knowing it was just part of a blitzkrieg of harsh actions Ocwen was raining down upon me and my autistic son James. To Equifax it was presented only as a response to my request to have more of my perfect payment history showing.

Ocwen's attitude about correcting the damage they created has been to blame Equifax and state that the damage cannot be repaired at this time. In the meantime my autistic son is getting sicker while we wait to resolve these issues so I can get the loan for his surgeries. He may be too ill to have surgery by the time Ocwen resolves the damages they caused.

This begs the question: Will Deutsche Bank step in and force Ocwen to undo the damage they have done to a home owner who had a loan in perfect standing for the last six years? When the damage is this heinous, should the trustee take action to put a stop to the senseless carnage? Ocwen has proven time and time again that they cannot police themselves and while they can dish out damage at mind blowing speed, their ability to correct their mistakes moves like snail mail and comes to halts that force the home owner to do the research Ocwen won't do to solve the problems it created.

EQUIFAX EXECUTIVE SAYS IT LOOKS LIKE OCWEN DOES NOT WANT MY LOAN ON MY CREDIT REPORTS

Response to Equifax concern Ocwen on CFPB complaint:

Yesterday I initiated a three way phone call with Ocwen and Equifax to speed up the resolving of this matter since my autistic son James’ health is being harmed by the delay. Ocwen did not seem to understand why their attempts to put my home loan back on Equifax was failing.

During the three way call I told them what I had found the day before when speaking with other Equifax employees: it was the WAY Ocwen had removed my loan that was so dramatic and confusing and within the context of  Equifax dispute number ******7596, a normal dispute where I had simply asked if ALL of my payment history could show from the date of the loan modification in July 1, 2010.

The resolution would also have to be WITHIN that dispute, using that Equifax dispute number. Equifax had no way of knowing that the vicious action by OCWEN was only one of many shocking actions being taken by OCWEN in March-April 2016. Equifax was only privy to the context of OCWEN responding to my dispute.

These are things Equifax had no knowledge of: In February 2016 OCWEN had just received $5000 applied to the principal of my home loan from HAMP incentive because I had never missed or been late on a payment. In February Ocwen also posted to my account a $76,700.00 KEEP YOUR HOME CALIFORNIA award that I had been qualified for and granted.

After accepting these funds, OCWEN took my name off my loan, bank owned the property and pulled my perfect payment history from Equifax, TransUnion and Experion. I complained about OCWEN’S action to the CFPB, the FBI Los Angeles Office, the California Attorney General, The Department of Justice and open a blog to write to the CEO of Ocwen, https://myOcwenLoan.blogspot.com. I reported the incident to the SEC because OCWEN  might invest the money they took from me and the government programs who had helped me.
Ocwen rescinded the bank owned status and promised me they would put my name back on the loan and report again to the credit bureaus that I had paid my home loan on time and was never late on a payment.

I researched and made many phone calls because Ocwen seemed satisfied that they had TRIED yet failed to transmit to Equifax and it must be Equifax’s fault that it was not showing like it was on Experion and TransUnion. I told Ocwen something was obviously wrong and I would find out since they wouldn’t try.

I found out, after many phone calls, that it was indeed, as I suspected, THE WAY Ocwen yanked the loan from Equifax. Again, Ocwen did it within the context of a simple complaint/dispute I made with Equifax asking if my WHOLE six year payment history could show instead of just three months. It appeared to Equifax that Ocwen’s response was extremely harsh to this every day question….pulling a trade line and blocking it as a response to a request to have more history shown seemed brutal. Equifax had no way to know just how brutal an ordeal Ocwen was actually putting us through.

When Ocwen bank owned our home in spite of my perfect payment history, I had a sudden eye sight problem and felt very ill. This was why on several occasions I requested to dictate my complaint to the CFPB and other agencies. I could not see well and I was making the complaint from my bed after taking an aspirin, praying that I was not having a stroke because I am the only care-provider for my autistic son James. I am still experiencing a high volume of floaters and my vision dims, blurs and I experience flashes of light when I move from a lighted room to a darker room. The shock of having my home “bank owned” when my loan was in good standing caused something to happen to my eyes. I have been so busy saving my home, trying to restore my credit so I can get a loan for my son’s four surgeries that I have not been able to set up my doctor appointment to see if my eye condition is permanent or if it will go away in time. My son is bedridden and in pain. Too many things are happening to us at once. This has become a life and death situation for us.

Yesterday during the three way call, Ocwen was told, by Equifax, to write and fax a letter stating: “I certify the information being requested for reinsertion is complete and accurate”, signed by the appropriate person and Ocwen and including the Equifax dispute number that Ocwen used when they pulled my loan from Equifax on March 30, 2016 in response to my request to have MORE of my perfect payment history showing on March 17, 2016. For some reason OCWEN chose not to do what Equifax requested, prompting Equifax's executive officer Ms. Martin to say to me that it looked like OCWEN simply did not want my home loan on my credit report.

TIME FOR A COMMERCIAL BREAK. JET.COM CAN'T COMPETE WITH OCWEN WHEN IT COMES TO EXPLODING HEADS

Time for a commercial break. Jet.com's exploding heads seems like the right commercial for half-time entertainment is a disaster brought to you by OCWEN. No body explodes heads as frequently as OCWEN does. And it does feel like Ocwen is playing a game....kinda like when the Romans threw people in to arenas and watched lions tear them limb from limb.

Today's OCWEN Update:

I'm able to login and pay my loan again. The mystery of why I was locked out has been solved. Ocwen admitted today that they had changed my username without telling me. This is a pattern with OCWEN. They make serious changes without communicating BEFORE they make the change. Other businesses send you an email telling you the reason why they need you to change your log in information. They don't just change it and leave you scrambling to figure out what happened.

So far the attorneys I have consulted all say OCWEN should not have reversed my assumption of the loan, that OCWEN is wrong and would probably back down if taken to court. This is not what my autistic son needs to be going through now.

Ocwen also talked to me today, not about solving the the mess they made when they removed my name from the loan, but about offering me a "recast" so I can pay $59,833.78 interest instead of $18,300.05 interest over the remaining life of the loan. They still do not want to put my name on the loan that I am paying. I rejected the offer to astronomically increase my interest. They began confusing that with the Keep Your Home California payment made in February, $76,700.00 applied to the principal of the loan, acting as if I was saying I was rejecting that help that I had accept from KYHC. No, no,  Ocwen, do not rip that up like you ripped up the assumption. I asked them not to make any rash action without sending me something in writing to confirm we are talking about the same thing. They jumped around today.

Ocwen has a global reputation for being "scattered". They create problems back to back. There is always someone at Ocwen undoing something another Ocwen employee is doing. After appalling damages and reversals of progress, Ocwen dismisses the carnage by simply stating, "We found our mistake and corrected it." Allowing someone to assume a loan and pay it and get $76,700.00 applied to that loan and then telling the person the assumption has been whimsically reversed is beyond the scope of finding a boo-boo and fixing it. Punitive damages are in order. Measures need to be put in place to derail this nonstop boo-boo train. The inmates are running the prison. It's not ok to say "Ooops" and skip off merrily to the next life destroying mistake.

Today's shocking revelation from Ocwen is that they no longer blame ONE WEST BANK for not telling them about the Chapter 7. They admit they knew about the Chapter 7 in 2014...which is pretty "cave man days" since it has been a matter of public record for all to see since 2007. And bottom line, no matter when they "discovered" how to access public records, it does not justify the reversal of the assumption and the wrecking of a loan in good standing.

OCWEN has changed their story several times as to who's fault it was that they did not notice a Chapter 7 that happened in 2007 before the divorce. My ex-husband did not do a "reaffirmation" and that is the reason they state that they had a change of heart and reversed my assumption of the loan.
Several attorneys have informed me that this does not make sense, that in California it usually does not work the way OCWEN says it must. Ocwen's understanding of the law seems very sketchy and yet they take sweeping actions with deadly consequences at the drop of a hat. They reason that if the action turns out to be a mistake, it is "solved" with one easy statement, "Opps." I feel like my loan is being managed by sulky 13 year old teenagers and foreign exchange students.

OCWEN tried today to confuse the Keep Your Home California $76,700.00 payment with the HAMP recast offer and almost made yet another tremendous, sweeping mistake today. Saying verbally that I do not want the HAMP recast, which they insisted that I DID want is not the same thing as applying for assistance from KYHC...which I did IN WRITING....unless you are Ocwen and need to make ANOTHER big mess.....as if reversing an assumption of the loan was not enough of an "April Fools" punch in the gut. Today OCWEN admitted that the paper that I didn't sign never got sent to me to sign. The KYHC funds were posted to my loan in February 2016. Today, April 14, 2016 Matthew Parker was telling me that they should have sent me something to sign so they could accept the funds that they already accepted or, he seemed to be saying that they might have to reverse accepting the funds just like they reversed the assumption, destroyed my credit...and all because, again, it was their little "opps", "mistake" forgot to mail the form. (Do I hear heads exploding?)

It truly is something new every day with OCWEN. Some days it is three or four new mistakes brewing in OCWEN. It is very difficult to work with people who seem to have attention deficit disorder. You put one fire out and they are off somewhere starting three more.

Tomorrow OCWEN is calling at 8:00am AGAIN to have the business meeting we were supposed to have today at 8:00 am but talked about my refusal to accept the predatory recast instead. Today's meeting that was supposed to be about refinance as a solution but devolved into a bait and switch operation with Ocwen telling they thought I already agreed to an insanely high interest HAMP recast. When I said no to that, they said I was saying no to something else, because without telling me, OCWEN again changed the subject. Here is the crazy interest they tried to get me to agree to this morning:

Top this, Jet.com !!! Nobody explodes head like predatory Ocwen does:

I have asked for a 2% HARP refinance putting my name back on the loan as a possible solution to reverse the damage OCWEN has done to a loan in good standing. Ocwen's Matthew Parker is going to talk to Homeward Residential about making this happen and I'm sure at tomorrow's meeting he'll try to get me to buy some swamp-land instead. I'm  also sure that Homeward Residential will say it can't be done because of the damage OCWEN has done to my credit score. And I'm sure I'll hear the OCWEN MOTTO, "There is nothing we can do."

OCWEN THREATENS AUTISTIC BOY'S SECURITY WITH HALF-BAKED UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW

OCWEN has moved so swiftly to take our home away from us in spite of my perfect payment history with them.

My autistic son James and I are in danger of losing our home.

I'm a single mom, paid my OCWEN home loan on time every month for six years, since the loan mod 7-1-2010. I assumed the loan that had been in my ex husband's name on December 2015.

In February  2016 I was congratulated by OCWEN for paying the HAMP loan mod on time for six years and given the $5000 HAMP incentive.

In February 2016 I was congratulated again by KEEP YOUR HOME CALIFORNIA and they paid OCWEN $76,700.00 to lower the principal.

Last week OCWEN reversed the assumption, took my name off the loan, shut me out of the website where I pay the loan each month. They said they were going to reverse the 2010 loan mod as well but DEUTSCHE BANK who is the trustee said that probably couldn't happen. I opened a case with the CFPB and they told me to call Home Ownership Preservation Foundation and open a case with them as well. In a few days OCWEN destroyed my credit score and done so much damage its hard to digest. I had been on the verge of getting a personal loan to pay for dental surgery for my autistic son but OCWEN destroyed my credit score in a matter of hours by removing my perfect payment history from all the credit bureaus.

I spoke with a law firm as recommended by HOPE and HPF. HFF listened in to the advice an attorney gave to get OCWEN TO give back access to my OCWEN website or else I should attempt to pay the OCWEN loan by phone and retain an attorney. A lawsuit will stress my autistic son but OCWEN is moving so swiftly that something irreversible might happen if I don't I have legal protection from all these rash destructive actions OCWEN is fitfully acting out.

I wrote an open letter to OCWEN CEO  Mr Ronald M. Feris at:
myocwenloan.blogspot.com
with details of this very rapidly moving nightmare.

My autistic son James Marshall has been very ill since October 2015 and this ordeal, going through the housing crisis we went through almost a decade ago all over again is disrupting his treatment and recovery.

We went through the housing crisis once and saved our home.  I was so happy when I was finally allowed to assume the loan. It meant I would be able to help my son. Ocwen destroyed that possiblity when in a matter of hours they reversed and erased my perfect payment history of the past six years. We are going through the housing crisis all over again and it might be that only a lawyer can stop this insanity if OCWEN does not restore what they have destroyed and stop all this random destruction that is not permissible simply because a chapter 7 happened nine years ago. Their lack of knowledge of the law is the cause of this nightmare.

OCWEN WAGES WAR ON A LOAN IN GOOD STANDING

An attorney asked me if I could still access my OCWEN loan account to make my May 2016 home loan payment.

For several days now I have tried to log on and have not been able to.

I was warned that OCWEN may attempt to block me from being able to pay my loan and that appears to be what is happening. I have a perfect payment history, six years paying on time, never late.

Today is April 13, 2016 and I have been warned that I may have difficulty getting OCWEN to accept my May 2016 payment.

Almost every day there is a new hostile and destructive action taken by OCWEN....on a loan that was in perfect standing.

Thank you, gentle readers, for going through this with us.

DEAR MR FARIS, HERE IS MY PROPOSAL TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION

Dear Mr. Faris,
Today I received the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau report response from OCWEN. It did not provide new information or address a possible solution. It was a repeat of what I was told verbally by OCWEN, simply stating what had happened.

That is a valuable tool because it is a foundation we can work from. In short, it states clearly that this was an oversight caused by One West Bank before the loan was transferred to OCWEN and the oversight was continued several more years each time OCWEN reviewed my many requests for assumption. In fact, in December 2014 OCWEN stated to me that because of the bankruptcy appearing on my credit report I would need to wait another year according to the underwriters. A year later, the assumption was granted. So, OCWEN had access to my credit report long before March 2016 when they indicated they first noticed the bankruptcy. The oversight is well documented.

At all times during the entire six years I have complied with all requests and I have paid this loan on time each month for six years.

The tremendous damage done to me and my autistic son James by the actions OCWEN claims it was compelled to take are all attributable to the error made by One West Bank.

The damage done to my credit reports by having a six year perfect payment record pulled by OCWEN was significant and will take another six years to rebuild.

While I am grateful to OCWEN'S Ombudsman Matthew Parker for offering to write letters to lenders on my behalf, the extent of the damage makes that not a viable solution.

I propose that OCWEN, in keeping with the admission that the error was made by ONE WEST and OCWEN, remedy the situation by accepting responsibility and addressing the problem internally instead of trying to help outside lenders cope with the damages. I propose that OCWEN give me a loan refinanced at 2%, a HARP loan and that the upside down portion to be paid by ONE WEST.

Since ONE WEST caused this devastating situation that went on uncorrected for six years and since they told me at all times that I would be allowed to assume the loan, as did OCWEN and since they did allow me to assume the loan in December 2015, I propose that they restore my name to the loan in the only means possible, by refinancing the loan.

To do this in a timely manner will help stop the damage and let the healing really begin.

I have submitted this proposal to the CFPB as my response to OCWEN'S admission that this whole nightmare was the fault of an oversight by ONE WEST and then by OCWEN when they neglected to see the very obvious public document on my credit report each time I applied for assumption of the loan.

I respectfully submit this request for a special refinance based on what Matthew Parker of OCWEN admitted today was a special circumstance. Mr. Parker told me that I was the only OCWEN customer he knew of in this devastating circumstance. I believe that. It is such a horrible thing to happen to a homeowner that when it happened, it was like being the victim of a natural disaster in terms of shock, fear, loss and disbelief.

OCWEN has already admitted in writing to the CFPB that this six year oversight was caused by ONE WEST. Unusual accidents call for unusual remedies.
Please grant me a tailor made refinancing of this loan that factors in what I have suffered and lost. Place me in good standing on a new home loan in my name and we will continue doing business together as always. I am one of your best customers and will continue to be reliable. The one thing my badly damaged credit reports still show is that I pay all my bills on time. I don't let anybody down. I take care of business. Since I became a single mom, I had to become strong for my autistic son. I am all he has. Strong people do the right thing. Acting like a victim serves no one.

A while back my autistic son James accidentally knocked a ladies smart phone into the pool. The woman almost had a nervous breakdown until I calmed her and told her I would pay for it. I applied for a loan from Jewish Free Loan, interest free loans and was granted the loan. What could have been an endless feud with painful shoulda, woulda, couldas just vanished and peace was restored. I could have made endless arguments as to why the phone should not have been on the edge of the pool or tried to convince her that my son's autism meant he meant no harm....but the truth was she was distressed and overwhelmed by her loss. I got her a new phone. And I saved my son from having to endure gossip and sneers and now I always check the edge of the pool for phones when I take James swimming.

My proposal is that OCWEN and ONEWEST step up and do the right thing. Get my name back on the loan I've been paying and you say that means refinance, so let's do it. Forgive the upside down portion and I will forgive the pain of the damage done. I will be so busy getting back on my feet so I can get my son's dental surgery financed that that I will hardly remember how I felt like I was having a stroke when OCWEN told me, without warning, that they reversed my assumption.

Honda finance can verify that when I bought my Honda in December 2015 I told them via email that this was the BEST CHRISTMAS of my entire life because OCWEN let me assume the loan. From the moment I assumed the loan I began to make good things happen faster. Get me back in the game, restore me, put me back on this home loan via refinancing it and I will never look back. Step up and remedy this situation as swiftly as possible.

Thank you, Mr. Faris.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Elizabeth Marshall

SURPRISE ATTACK FROM OCWEN MAKES SOME UCLA DOCTORS NOT WANT TO TREAT JAMES ANYMORE

My autistic son James began having sweats, cold sweats and feverish sweats. He began staying in bed almost three weeks out of each month since October 2015. He is in a downward spiral.

The situation became complicated when a medication destroyed his teeth. This medication, Geodon is used "off label" to knock noisy autistic people out and shut them up and it IS covered by insurance for all disabled people in California. You can have all the Geodon doctors want to slam you with but you cannot have any help restoring the teeth Geodon destroys over night. All his teeth are broken and eroded with the nerves exposed, visible. His insurance will not cover the restoration of his lost dental bite. His body began shutting down on several occasions recently. He became dehydrated because it hurt too much to eat or drink. He stopped being able to pass urine. Again and again he would suddenly stop eating and drinking. I bought a juicer to get food into his body when he couldn't bear to eat. We manage to break the downward spiral a few days but the dental pain continues and he slips back into shutting down.

UCLA doctors were not hopeful that with James' insurance that he would ever find a prosthodontist. The dentists who would accept his insurance would just pull all of his teeth. Some of my autistic son's doctors began to distance themselves from James, as if James was destined to "fall between the cracks", not get care he needs and become an embarrassment to have as a patient. One doctor in particular seemed to be suggesting that it was time to put James away in an institution where his death would be less embarrassing. I was mortified that this was being suggested. This doctor wanted James to be intensely slammed with more psych meds. She insisted on pretending James couldn't possibly be crying because his teeth hurt and Ativan made him bleed, faint, have seizures and lose control of his bladder and bowels. Psych meds for dental pain?! This doctor was itching to put James away, to convince others that James needed to be institutionalized and since she did not do teeth, she pretty much commanded that teeth not be discussed at all when discussing why James was crying. We were not allowed to talk about his teeth. "Psych meds for dental pain?" I kept asking even though I was treated with disrespect for doing so. This mean doctor never would have met James if he had not suffered so long from dental pain. She was not James' doctor but she tried to manipulate James' doctors to do what she wanted to do to James, put him away. None of this horrible stuff would have happened if OCWEN had not attacked my loan. James would have gotten his teeth fixed and these horrible people would not be trying to put him away for crying too much.

Dr Parvin, the psychiatrist James saw does not want James on ANY psych meds. He told me to "go around" any doctor who did not want to help with James' dental and abdominal pain. He told me to get James' teeth fixed and rule out bowel cancer. This seemed to infuriate the UCLA primary care consult who fancied herself as a psychiatrist. UCLA did not help with either of these physical pain concerns and maybe that was a blessing in disguise. UCLA had caused the death of several patients by doing bowel exams with dirty equipment.
UCLA made things worse by trying to make me feel I was not dealing with the OCWEN nightmare fast enough, as if I COULD make OCWEN stop manipulating my credit score on my own, without help. Just as certain UCLA doctors expected me to hurry up and produce $45,000 for the dental surgeries, they expected me to be able to retain a law firm powerful enough to take on OCWEN.

UCLA doctors could probably not come up with that kind of money themselves and yet they are short tempered with a single mom who makes a fraction of their salary and who is NOT to blame for OCWEN attacking her loan. These UCLA doctors tried to make me feel bad about myself, bad as a mother for not being able to come up with these large sums of money fast, even with OCWEN pushing my score down lower each month in spite of the fact that I was paying all my bills on time. It hurt that the supportive UCLA doctors did not stand up to the bully UCLA doctors.
The biggest crime against all patients that UCLA committed was divorcing teeth from the rest of the body. So many times they would rub my face in the fact that they TOLD me that as MDs they were not responsible for teeth, that I was not to discuss teeth with them. To my knowledge, teeth are part of the body. They are not "accessories" like purses and earrings. They can cause your body to die if they are neglected. UCLA doctors need to stop shaming patients who report dental troubles are damaging their health, especially since so many UCLA patients will suffer tooth damage caused by medications prescribed by primary care doctors. I was repeatedly shamed by UCLA doctors for mentioning my son's teeth.

No psychiatrist ever wanted James on psych meds. Only UCLA primary care doctors and ER doctors wanted to silence James' dental pain cries with sedatives. These doctors seemed bored with how long OCWEN was delaying James' surgery. The doctor who wanted James put away was a consult, a primary care doctor who fancied herself a psychiatrist although she did not have that training. James probably would have died months ago if she got her way. James' body could not take what she was planning to put it through. When Ativan made him bleed, faint and have seizures, she acted like it was no big deal, like it wasn't even happening even with urine and feces running down his legs in her office. We had to pull over and change his clothes several time on the drive to the consult with her. She acted like the thing to do was keep experimenting with drugs until something shut James up when my concern was the the drugs were killing James, just like they killed many people in recent years. You had to be living under a rock to believe these drugs don't kill. When James had an Ativan induced seizure, the ER wanted to start him on very dangerous anti-seizure medications. I only consulted this doctor for help getting James safely off Ativan. Because another doctor recommended that the drug be tapered off slowly, this witch of a consult doctor did it faster than her peer with experience recommended and James suffered a massive seizure three in the morning, the worst seizure ever. He came very close to death and this doctor still probably can't figure out why I don't like her.
UCLA at least stopped the ER from killing James by doing a test that the ER neglected to do which proved the seizure was drug (Ativan) induced. The Torrance Memorial ER could have caused James' death by giving him anti-seizure medication he did not need. They gave him one dose. UCLA said to stop the medication immediately.

These UCLA doctors seemed angry when I mentioned James' teeth still hurt him. They would sternly remind me that teeth were not part of their job description, as if dental pain should never be mentioned during a check up where James was crying. When James was given medications to shut him up, mostly when UCLA would send James to the ERs, knowing that is what the ERs would do, James would have bad reactions, start to bleed in his underwear from both his bowel and/or bladder. James often got painful crystals in his urine and lost control of his bladder when the ERs slammed him with sedatives to make him shut up for half an hour. James would pass out from the overdosing of drugs like Ativan and Benadryl and he'd wake up half an hour later with his teeth still hurting, plus loss of control of his bowel and bladder on top of it all. UCLA never ruled out bowel cancer but suggested it often enough to scare me. I was a nervous wreck. My son was in pain and UCLA seemed angry at me anytime I mentioned the ordeal of getting his teeth fixed. The looming threat was that if James cried too much from dental pain, he would get slammed with psych medications until he peed and pooped blood. And when that made him cry more, they would up the dose of the medication that was making him bleed and faint. When I demanded that he be weaned off Ativan, he never fainted or bled since. ER doctors still want to give him Ativan every time UCLA sends him there for crying due to dental pain....only UCLA seems to have a ban on using the terms "dental pain" so they often call it "autism" instead.

It's just "autism".

James being in a downward spiral, suffering intense pain on a daily basis, made him an embarrassing patient for certain kinds of doctors. They urged me to hurry and get the $54,000 + personal loan to get James the care he needs, as if I was the only single mom in town not coming up with $54,000 with ease. I told these UCLA doctors that OCWEN LLP was planted firmly in my way and they were not going to budge, they were after our home.

After six years of paying my DEUTSCHE BANK / OCWEN home loan on time and with OCWEN allowing me to assume the loan, my credit score went up 66 points last week. I began the process of getting a loan to get my son's teeth fixed. I was making progress and feeling hope. James has been in acute pain for years now. Fixing the exposed nerves in his mouth will take that pain away and stop the downward spiral he is in now if we get the surgery done before his body completely shuts down.

Because he takes to his bed because of pain, his body starts shutting down. He has developed bladder and kidney problems. He has developed bowel problems. He has fainted five times in the past two years.

A week ago I was making progress towards getting that loan. Out of the blue OCWEN pulled the rug out from under us, AGAIN. OCWEN claimed they found a public record that they had not noticed for NINE years. This record was so old and before my divorce, so old in fact that Transunion dropped it completely from my credit report. OCWEN pretended they just now found out about the 2007 bankruptcy/divorce and pulled my perfect payment history from all the credit bureaus, reversed the assumption and began the process of reversing the 2010 Loan Modification I had paid perfectly for six years. They said the whole loan would come due just like before the 2010 Loan Modification and I could pay it in full or go into foreclosure.

In a matter of hours OCWEN destroyed almost a decade of hard work. Last week I was going to be able to do something that might save my son's life. Without warning, OCWEN employees took that away.

I am asking OCWEN CEO, Ronald M Feris to review the actions that his employees took and research to find a way to restore the loan to me, report my perfect payment history to the credit bureaus so I can get back to getting that loan that will allow me to finance treatment that will reverse the downward spiral my son James' health is in.

Unfortunately, The CEO of OCWEN, Mr. Faris, ignored the letters I sent him:

Dear Mr. Faris,
You can help me save James' life. You can help me end the pain he lives with every single day. I'm not asking for a hand out. I've worked hard and I'm only asking for justice. I paid my home loan on time for six years. I paid all my bills on time. I told James' doctors at UCLA that if my son's insurance wasn't going to cover the surgeries, I would get a loan for those surgeries.

I almost did it.

Last week I could have done it but OCWEN yanked that opportunity away.

There must be a statute of limitations or other provision to prevent an error made by OCWEN from destroying in a matter of hours a perfect payment history spanning six years. It may also be that ONE WEST BANK and DEUTSCHE BANK made provisions that OCWEN never bothered to confirm. The 2010 Home Loan Modification was done by ONE WEST BANK and DEUTSCHE BANK long before OCWEN began to manage the loan that they, out of the blue, destroyed.

Then again, there is evidence that OCWEN has made a habit of reversing loan modifications, making the whole loan due all at once so OCWEN could then steal the property when the homeowner could pay off the entire loan at once. I could not believe this was happening to me. My loan was in good standing, perfect standing. And this practice was supposedly banned by the government. OCWEN was not supposed to engage in this tactic anymore. Yet I have been told by OCWEN ombudsmen that OCWEN was in the process of reversing my loan modification. How could this be happening?

The OCWEN surprise attack on a loan in good standing, supposedly based on old 2007 public records that OCWEN claims they only "discovered" in March 2016, has thrown my son and I back into the housing crisis that we already went though, earned and paid our way out of and survived against all odds. OCWEN has done something that benefits no one (unless the goal is for OCWEN to seize my property) and threatens to keep my son James in a downward spiral that it is very likely he will not survive another year of.

Please, Mr. Faris, doctors are distancing themselves from my son because they don't want to be part of his downward spiral that could end in death. Even the dentist I pay cash to clean James' teeth while we wait until we can afford to fix them is acting distant, peeking around corners at us as we walk to Suzi's office for the cleaning. We are getting sent to the emergency room too often. No one wants to be around a crying autistic child who's pain is not being addressed. The dental cleanings have saved James' teeth from getting decayed while we wait for OCWEN to get out of the way so I can move forward financially and get a loan to fix James teeth, but no one wants to see James now until his teeth are fixed. People are backing away from us the way they back away from homeless people. OCWEN has put is in this position and will not stand down and let us move forward. Why is OCWEN trying to take our home?

UPDATE:
All during this downward spiral I let OCWEN know James was getting sicker and sicker and that delaying his dental surgery was the reason why. OCWEN moved faster....they began to mess up my credit score faster and more often. Mr. Faris ignored all my letters.
